Privacy policy

The following Cookie Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing data on Users' Devices using the Service for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Service Administrator.

§ 1 Definitions

  • Service - the online service operating at artigio.pl.
  • External Service - online services of the Administrator’s partners, service providers, or recipients.
  • Administrator - the company Artigio Sp. z o.o. operating at the address: ul. Aleksandra Fredry 8/7, 35-005 Rzeszów, Poland, with the assigned tax identification number (NIP): 813-37-48-871 and REGON number: 367634192, providing electronic services via the Service and storing and accessing information on the User's Devices.
  • User - an individual for whom the Administrator provides electronic services via the Service.
  • Device - an electronic device with software through which the User accesses the Service.
  • Cookies - text data collected in the form of files placed on the User's Device.

§ 2 Types of Cookies

  • Internal Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service's telecommunication system.
  • External Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the telecommunication systems of External Services.
  • Session Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service or External Services during a single session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User's Device.
  • Persistent Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service or External Services until manually deleted. These files are not automatically deleted after the Device session ends unless the User's Device configuration is set to delete Cookies after ending the session.

§ 3 Security

  • Storage and reading mechanisms - The mechanisms for storing and reading Cookies do not allow for the collection of any personal data or confidential information from the User's Device. Transferring viruses, trojans, or other malware to the User's Device is practically impossible.
  • Internal Cookies - Internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Devices.
  • External Cookies - The Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookies from the Service's partners. The list of partners is included later in this Cookie Policy.

§ 4 Purposes of Using Cookies

  • Improving and facilitating access to the Service - The Administrator may store information about the User's preferences and settings in Cookies to enhance, improve, and speed up service delivery within the Service.

§ 5 External Services

The Administrator does not cooperate with external services, and the Service does not place or use any external Cookies.

§ 6 User Control Over Cookie Storage and Access

  • The User may change settings related to saving, deleting, and accessing stored Cookies at any time.
  • Information on disabling Cookies in the most popular desktop and mobile browsers is available on the "how to disable cookies" page.
  • The User may delete all stored Cookies at any time using their Device’s tools through which they access the Service.

§ 7 Service Requirements

  • Restricting the ability to save and access Cookies on the User’s Device may result in improper functioning of some Service features.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for malfunctioning Service features if the User restricts or disables the ability to store and read Cookies.

§ 8 Changes to the Cookie Policy

  • The Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Cookie Policy without informing users.
  • Changes to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.
  • Changes take effect on the day the Cookie Policy is published.
